— Overview:
Wolters Kluwer is a global provider of professional information, software solutions, and services across various sectors, including health. This time, they were seeking a new educational format for Nursing Education that engages both students and instructors.

— Role:
As a Senior UX/CX Designer, I have guided all ideation and design activities. At the same time, I have coordinated efforts with researchers, designers, product managers, content creators, and developers.

My work has included leading workshops, synthesizing information, preparing interviews with customers and experts, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing the user testing plan, and leading the development of the testing module.

Unifying and Enhancing a Manual Consultant’s Journey

— The Ask:
Assist in crafting and establishing a fundamental platform structure, integrating essential assets, and connecting existing support apps with the newly developed platform to enhance consultants' daily workflow.

As design lead, I carried out all design activities encompassing UX/UI while coordinating a team of four designers, handling diverse tasks to meet the goal. — Overview:
Sixt is one of the most globally recognized car rental companies in Europe, and they were looking to craft an unparalleled online experience that not only simplifies the steps for renting a car but also serves as the most efficient journey.

As product designer and lead, I designed the experience and ensured the research, exploration, and iteration process was documented, curating content and UX patterns along the way. Empowering Decisions: Leveraging Big Data and Analytics for Card Portfolio Management

— Overview:
Fiserv offers global financial services technology for financial institutions, traditionally focusing on features tied to client billing. And aimed to develop a new analytics reporting tool to replace current client reports. My task involved collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across various products and their end clients to shape the product experience strategically and from a design perspective.

— Role:
As design lead, I guided the UX/UI team in design execution and explorations through a complex data platform. I collaborated with research on user processes, aligned multiple stakeholders nationwide in the US, understood a vastly diverse user base, and established robust design principles.

It all starts with an idea, a parallel opportunity to new projects. Here are some initiatives I have built.

  • Created and implemented a mentoring program for Monstarlab's design teams in America and EMEA, guiding, advising, and supporting each team member's personal and professional growth.

    The program helps counter the feelings of isolation often experienced in remote or intercultural work environments by nurturing a culture of support and mutual development.

  • Co-created the data domain at Globant's design studio to cultivate a community focused on Data-Driven Technologies. This initiative boosts our design capabilities, enabling us to better address both business and user requirements.

    Our main goal is to share experiences, methodologies, and tools within our Design Studio, aiming to leverage these technologies for future projects or accounts.

  • Co-organized a vital and enduring design community at Globant during the pandemic, fostering support and creativity. Through essential ceremonies and activities, we bonded as coworkers and shared personal creative interests in virtual spaces.

    This global community united designers from Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, the United States, India, and London, inspiring belonging and unity.

  • Created a collaborative format for experimenting with and sharing previously unshowcased design ideas. Weekly compilations of deliverables, descriptions, and prototypes provided clients with insights into our design process and idea evolution.

    This initiative piqued client curiosity and bolstered trust, prompting consideration of implementing shared ideas from this format.
